Oil-air cooler Ecoline from Bühler Technologies
With its six standard variants, the "EcoLine" cooler series offers a precisely graduated performance range that is specifically tailored to the needs of customers. Bühler Technologies has developed the new ELK / ENK oil-air cooler series for the lower to medium power segment up to 0.8 kW/K, using an optimised design. The flow-optimised housing and the improved fan position enable the use of smaller, energy-efficient and standardised fan motors with the usual European approvals. The C3 anti-corrosion coating in black is suitable for standard industrial atmospheres both indoors and outdoors.

Oil/air cooler ELK
Temperature is a decisive factor in oil-hydraulic systems. As the temperature rises, oils change their viscosity, which can lead to different lubrication and adhesion properties. Careful control of the temperature can significantly extend the service life of the oils. The oil-air coolers of the ELK series reliably and efficiently take on the task of temperature stabilisation, both in the return flow and in the bypass flow of the systems. The ELK series is characterised by efficient cooling coils made of high-strength aluminium as well as a simple and cost-effective design. They are equipped with energy-efficient fan motors.
Off-line cooling systems ENK
Temperature is a decisive factor in oil-hydraulic systems. Oils change their viscosity with temperature, which can lead to different lubricating and adhesive properties. Careful control of the temperature can significantly extend the service life of the oils. In return cooling systems, the temporary oil flow can lead to irregular cooling performance. To avoid this, the use of off-line cooling with an integrated circulation pump is recommended. Such combinations ensure a stable oil flow and constant cooling. The ENK series is characterised by efficient cooling coils made of high-strength aluminium and a compact, simple and cost-effective design. They are equipped with energy-efficient drive motors in combination with robust gerotor pumps.
