New 5-axis machining centre

We are investing in the future and expanding our manufacturing capabilities with the ultra-modern
DMG MORI DMU 65 H MonoBlock.

The 5-axis machining centre is a real milestone for our production. With an impressive tool capacity of 453 places and 9 workpiece pallets, we are able to respond even more flexibly to your requirements. The machine enables us to process workpieces weighing up to 600 kg, with a diameter of up to 800 mm and a height of up to 700 mm. This expansion of our production not only increases our efficiency, but also guarantees maximum precision for complex components. With the 5-axis machining centre, which can produce angled bores in any direction, we can reduce the size and therefore the weight compared to conventional valve blocks. In addition, the number of auxiliary bores and potential leakage points can be reduced. Angled bores can be used to optimise the flow channels and reduce energy loss. The results are highly functional, slimline valve blocks that are perfectly tailored to modern requirements.
